Creating Your GrowthOptix Account | GrowthOptix Help Center

Do not worry, we'll walk you through how to create your account and connect your first payment source (Stripe or PayPal).

Step 1: Go to the Sign-Up Page

Visit growthoptix.com/signup and click "Sign up for free."

You can sign up using:

Your Email address, or
Your Google account

💡Tip: Use a business email that matches your Stripe or PayPal account for a smoother connection later.

Step 2: Set a Secure Password

After entering your email, you’ll be prompted to create and confirm your password.

Click Continue to proceed.

Step 3: Tell Us About Yourself

This helps us personalize your GrowthOptix experience. You’ll be asked to enter:

Company Name
Company Size (dropdown)
Type of Business (dropdown)
Your Role in the Team (dropdown)

Click Continue to move on.

Step 4: Set Your Time Zone

Choose your local time zone to ensure your metrics align with your business hours.

⚠️ Important: You can set your time zone during signup, and you’ll have one more chance to change it later from your account settings. After that, any additional changes will require contacting [email protected].

Click Continue once selected.

Step 5: (Optional) Invite Your Team

You’ll be prompted to invite team members by email.

You can:

Enter one or more emails to send invites, or
Skip this step and invite them later from the Settings > People tab.

Step 6: Final Step – Tell Us How You Heard About Us

Select how you discovered GrowthOptix (e.g., LinkedIn, Go, an ad, etc.).

Next Up: Connect Your First Payment Source

Once your account is created, you’ll be prompted to connect a data source:

Stripe – You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s secure OAuth flow to authorize GrowthOptix.
PayPal – You’ll log in and grant API access.

✅ GrowthOptix never stores your credentials. All integrations are read-only and secure.

Final Step: Let the Sync Begin

After you connect Stripe or PayPal, GrowthOptix will begin syncing your data.

This includes:

Historical and live transactions
MRR, ARR, Churn, Revenue dashboards
AI-powered insights & alerts

Depending on the size of your account, the initial sync may take a few minutes.

Q: Do I need a developer to set this up?

A: Nope! GrowthOptix is 100% no-code and built for business users.

Q: What if I use both Stripe and PayPal?

A: Great! You can connect both and toggle between them, or view combined metrics using The Blend.

Q: Can I cancel at any time?

A: Yes, GrowthOptix has no lock-in. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime.
