Creating Your GrowthOptix Account.

Creating your GrowthOptix account is a quick and straightforward process. In just a few steps, you’ll set up your workspace, personalize your experience, and get ready to connect your data.

This guide walks you through the entire signup and onboarding flow, exactly as you’ll see it in the app.


Step 1: Start Your Free Trial.

Go to the GrowthOptix signup page and create your free trial.

You can sign up in two ways:

  • Sign up with Google.

  • Sign up with your email address.

No credit card is required.


Step 2: Set Your Account Access.

Depending on how you sign up, this step works slightly differently:

If you sign up with Google:

Simply select your Google account and grant the required permissions.
Once authorized, your account is created automatically—no password setup is needed.

If you sign up with email:

You’ll be asked to:

  • Enter your first and last name.

  • Create a secure password.

Your password must meet the security criteria shown on screen (uppercase, lowercase, number, special character, and minimum length).

Once completed, click Continue.


Step 3: Tell Us About Yourself.

Next, you’ll provide a bit of information so GrowthOptix can tailor your experience.

You’ll be asked:

  • Company name.

  • Company size.

  • Business type.

  • Your role in the company.

This information is used only to personalize dashboards, recommendations, and onboarding.


Step 4: Choose Your Default Currency

Select the currency you want GrowthOptix to use as your default base currency for:

  • AI insights.

  • Alerts.

  • Unified reports.

You can change this later at any time from Settings.


Step 5: Select Your Time Zone.

Choose your local time zone so that:

  • Revenue metrics.

  • Alerts.

  • Platform timestamps.

are displayed correctly for your location.


Step 6: Invite Your Team (Optional).

You can invite teammates to collaborate with you by entering:

  • Their email address.

  • Their role.

This step is optional and can be skipped if you prefer to do it later.


Step 7: How Did You Hear About Us?

Help us understand how you discovered GrowthOptix.

You can select one or more options such as:

  • Google Search.

  • AI-powered discovery (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

  • LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and more.

This step only takes a second and helps improve GrowthOptix over time.


Step 8: Choose the Products You’re Interested In.

Select the GrowthOptix products you’d like to explore:

  • Smart Revenue Analytics.

  • Marketing Attribution.

This helps us configure your initial experience and onboarding flow.

Click Complete to finish setup.


Step 9: Verify Your Email Address

Before using integrations or advanced features, you’ll need to verify your email.

Click Send verification email, then confirm your address from your inbox.


Step 10: Welcome to Your Dashboard

Once verified, you’ll land inside GrowthOptix.

Depending on the product selected, you’ll see a Get Started panel guiding you through your first actions, such as:

  • Connecting revenue or ad accounts.

  • Installing the tracking script.

  • Creating your first events.

You can complete these steps immediately or skip them and return later.

From here, you’re ready to:

  • Connect your first integration.

  • Explore dashboards.

  • Start tracking real revenue and marketing performance.
