Setting Up Your Organization

Your Organization in GrowthOptix is the central hub where your revenue and business settings come together.

Whether you manage one brand or multiple, this guide will walk you through how to set up your organization properly, right after you create your account.


Access the Organization Settings

After signing up for GrowthOptix with your name, email, company name, company size, and password, your organization will be created automatically. From there:

  • Go to Settings > Account > Company details

  • Review or update your organization profile

You’ll be able to configure:

  • Organization name

  • Website

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Company size

  • To change preferred date format, go to Settings > Account > Account Settings

You can manage multiple organizations from your account.


Connect Your Payment Platforms (If you did not connect any when you created your GrowthOptix account)

To start generating insights, connect at least one payment provider. You can link:

  • One or more Stripe accounts.

  • One or more PayPal accounts.

To connect:

  • Go to Settings > Integration > Data

  • Select Connect Stripe or Connect PayPal

  • Authorize GrowthOptix via secure login flow

    You can disconnect or switch accounts anytime, and even combine data across platforms.

GrowthOptix uses read-only access. Your data stays safe and secure.


Add Your Team & Assign Roles

GrowthOptix makes it easy to collaborate across departments. Admins can invite team members and assign them one of six roles:

To invite a collaborator:

  • Go to Settings > People > Collaborators

  • Click +Add Collaborator

  • Enter the user’s email and choose their role

Available roles:

  • Admin

  • Data Scientist

  • Marketer

  • Accountant

  • Sales Rep

  • Customer Service Rep

You can remove users or change their role at any time.

You’re Ready to Grow

Once your organization is configured and your payment platforms are connected, your dashboards will begin populating with real-time insights powered by GrowthOptix AI.

Log in to your dashboard or switch between organizations from your user menu.
