From Owners to Analysts, each role is designed to ensure the right people have the right access; nothing more, nothing less.
This article walks you through how to invite collaborators, assign roles, and manage your team inside GrowthOptix.
How to Access the Collaborators Section.
To invite or manage team members:
Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner.
Select Settings.
Navigate to Collaborators under the People section.
The Collaborators Page Overview.
The Collaborators page is where you can:
View current team members.
Check their role and status.
Invite new collaborators.
Manage pending invitations.
You’ll see two tabs at the top:
Team: Active collaborators.
Invitations: Pending invites not yet accepted.
Inviting a New Collaborator
To invite someone to your workspace:
Click Add New Collaborator and enter the collaborator’s email address.
2. Select the appropriate role.
3. Click Send invitation.
The user will receive an email with instructions to join your GrowthOptix workspace.
Available Roles in GrowthOptix.
GrowthOptix currently supports four roles. Each role controls access to applications, dashboards, and settings.
Owner:
For the primary GrowthOptix power user.
Full access to all applications and settings.
Manages billing, plans, integrations, and users.
Only role that can delete the account.
Use this role sparingly.
Admin:
For operational power users.
Full access to all applications and dashboards.
Can manage integrations, notifications, settings, plans, and users.
Cannot delete the account.
Ideal for trusted team leads or managers.
Marketer Analyst:
Focused exclusively on marketing performance.
Full access to Marketing Attribution.
No access to Revenue Analytics.
No access to account-level settings.
Best for marketing teams and performance analysts.
Revenue Analyst:
Focused on revenue and subscription metrics.
Full access to Revenue Analytics.
No access to Marketing Attribution.
No access to account-level settings.
Ideal for finance, ops, or growth teams analyzing revenue data.
Managing Invitations
If an invitation hasn’t been accepted yet:
You’ll find it under the Invitations tab.
You can track pending invites.
You may resend or cancel invitations if needed.
Once accepted, the user will appear under the Team tab.
Removing or Managing Collaborators
From the Team tab, you can:
Review collaborator roles
Update access when available
Remove collaborators from your workspace
Changes take effect immediately.
Best Practices for Team Access
Assign Owner only when necessary.
Use Admin for trusted operators.
Limit Analysts to the products they actually need.
Review collaborators periodically to keep access clean and secure.
