How to Invite a Team Member
To invite someone to your organization:
Go to Settings > People > + Add New Collaborator
Click “Invite Collaborator”
Enter their email address
Select a role from the dropdown
Click Send Invite
The invited team member will receive an email with a link to join your organization. After that, you will receive a confirmation email (if the person accepts your invitation).
Available Roles
When you invite a collaborator, you can assign one of the following roles:
Admin – Full access to everything, including billing and user management
Data Scientist – Full access to dashboards and exports
Marketer – Full access to dashboards and exports
Accountant – Full access to dashboards and exports
Sales Rep – Full access to dashboards and exports
Customer Service Rep – Full access to dashboards and exports
You can update roles or remove users anytime from the People tab.
Need to Invite Someone to a Different Organization?
If you manage multiple organizations, make sure you're in the correct one before inviting users. You can switch organizations from the top-right menu.
