As soon as a charge, refund, or subscription event is processed by Stripe, GrowthOptix syncs it automatically, typically within a few minutes.
This ensures your dashboard is always reflecting the latest activity, especially for fast-moving SaaS or Ecommerce businesses.
PayPal Data
PayPal data is updated every 4 hours.
This schedule aligns with PayPal's API, which releases new data approximately every 3 hours. Once new data becomes available, GrowthOptix pulls it into your dashboards within the next sync window.
You’ll typically see new PayPal transactions, refunds, or subscription events within 3–4 hours of them occurring.

Forecasts, Alerts & Metrics
AI-powered forecasts and goal tracking are refreshed daily, or shortly after each new data sync.
Alerts (like churn risks or sudden revenue drops) are triggered based on the most recent synced data.
How to Check Sync Status
To verify your sync activity at any time:
Go to Settings > Integrations
Look under each connected account (Stripe or PayPal)
You’ll see a “Last synced” timestamp
Optionally, click “Sync Now” to manually pull the latest available data
