Connect PayPal to GrowthOptix

You can do it right after creating your GrowthOptix account or anytime later from the Integrations tab.

Connecting your PayPal account to GrowthOptix is quick, secure, and requires no technical setup.

Whether you're just getting started or connecting a new PayPal account to an existing workspace, the process only takes a few clicks.

GrowthOptix uses read-only, API-based access, which means we never store your credentials, never take actions on your behalf, and cannot access your funds or make changes to your PayPal account. We follow industry-grade security protocols to keep your data safe and encrypted at every step.

1. Step-by-Step Integration

  1. Log in to GrowthOptix and navigate to Settings → Integrations

  2. Click “Connect PayPal.”

  3. Log in to your PayPal Business account

  4. Grant GrowthOptix access to transaction data and subscription tools

  5. You’ll be redirected back to GrowthOptix, and your PayPal account will show as Connected

You can connect multiple PayPal accounts to manage different brands, regions, or product lines under one GrowthOptix organization.


2. Required Permissions

To power your dashboards, forecasts, and AI insights, GrowthOptix requires permission to access:

  • Transaction history: for revenue, refunds, and subscription payments

  • Subscription and recurring billing data: to calculate churn, LTV, and retention

  • Refunds and payouts: for accurate net revenue analysis

  • Reporting API: to keep your dashboards up to date with balance and settlement info

All permissions are read-only and limited to analytics purposes. You can revoke access at any time from your PayPal settings.


3. Common Errors & How to Fix Them
