1. Step-by-Step Integration

  1. Log in to GrowthOptix and open Settings → Integrations

  2. Click “Connect Stripe”

  3. On Stripe’s secure OAuth page, sign in to your account

  4. Review and allow GrowthOptix to access your Stripe data

  5. You’ll be automatically returned to GrowthOptix, and your Stripe account will show as Connected

  6. Optionally, repeat to connect multiple Stripe accounts under the same organization

2. Required Permissions

To generate accurate reports, forecasts, and dashboards, GrowthOptix requires access to:

  • Payment and subscription transactions

  • Customer and invoice details

  • Refund history and payout reports

  • Product and pricing metadata

These permissions are read-only and used strictly for analytics. No actions are taken on your behalf, and no financial operations are performed through our platform.


3. How Often Is Stripe Data Updated?

Stripe data is updated in near real-time.

  • As soon as Stripe processes a payment, refund, or subscription event, GrowthOptix pulls in the new data automatically, usually within a few minutes.

  • There’s no need to refresh manually. Your dashboards, metrics, and forecasts stay continuously updated based on the latest activity from Stripe.

  • To verify when your data was last synced, go to Settings → Integrations and check the “Last synced” timestamp.

If syncing ever fails due to a connection issue, you'll be notified and can trigger a manual sync or reconnect the integration.


4. Common Errors and How to Fix Them
