The Forecast & Goal feature in GrowthOptix gives you a visual and data-driven view of what to expect next

What Is Forecasting and Goals in GrowthOptix?

Forecasting in GrowthOptix helps you project:

  • Revenue Performance

  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

  • Goal Completion & Gaps

  • Churn/Retention Trends (coming soon)

Unlike static tools, GrowthOptix uses historical growth formulas based on your last 6 months of data and can show trends over the next 30, 60, or 90 days.


What you will be able to do:

  • Select your forecast formula (e.g., Last 6 Months Growth)

  • Choose your forecast period (e.g., Next 3 Months)

  • Calculate your Revenue, Forecast, and Goal Tracking automatically


You will see MRR Forecast:

  • Total MRR shown in blue bars

  • Forecasted MRR in dotted light bars

  • View growth trends by month and see where you’re headed

  • Option to manually adjust the growth rate if neede


Step-by-Step: How to Add a Forecast

  1. Log in to your GrowthOptix account

  2. Go to Dashboard → Forecast

  3. Click “Create Forecast.”

  4. Choose your metric:

    • Revenue

    • MRR

  5. Select a Forecast Formula (e.g., “Last 6 Months Growth”)

  6. Set your forecast period: Next 30, 60, or 90 days

  7. Apply filters if needed (e.g., only Stripe or PayPal data)

  8. Click “Generate.”

Your forecast will be visualized instantly, and you can save, export, or share it with your team.


Permissions You’ll Need

To use the Forecast tool, you need:

  • Stripe or PayPal connected

  • Active data syncing

Forecasts are based on synced data. No uploads required.

Connect Stripe or PayPal and complete the first sync

The forecast looks too flat/off

Short data history or low volume

Try a 90-day range or ensure both integrations are active

Can’t save or edit forecast

Missing permission

Ask Admin to upgrade your role

Forecast missing segments

Filters are too narrow

Broaden filters or check sync in Settings → Integrations
