Cancel Your GrowthOptix Account

Looking to leave GrowthOptix? You can cancel your subscription directly in the app; however, to fully delete your account and associated data, you’ll need to contact our support team.

Cancel Your Subscription

If you simply want to stop billing but keep your account data:

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Billing.

  3. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.

  4. Confirm your cancellation.

Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can reactivate anytime.

Delete Your Account Completely

If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  • Send an email to [email protected]

  • Include your:

    • Full name.

    • Account email.

    • Organization name (if applicable).

    • Mention that you’d like your account deleted.

Our team will confirm deletion once processed.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All data will be removed from our system.
