If you no longer wish to continue using GrowthOptix, you can cancel your subscription directly from within the platform.

Canceling your account stops your subscription and prevents future billing, but it does not immediately delete your account data.

This allows you to return later and recover your historical analytics if needed.

How to Cancel Your GrowthOptix Account

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your GrowthOptix account.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the platform.

  3. Go to Settings.

  4. Navigate to Billing.

  5. Click Cancel Account.

  6. Confirm your cancellation.

Once confirmed, your subscription will be canceled, and you will not be charged again.

What Happens After You Cancel

When you cancel your GrowthOptix subscription:

• Your subscription is terminated, and future billing stops.
• Your dashboards and analytics access will be disabled.
• Your connected integrations (Stripe, PayPal, or marketing platforms) will stop syncing data.

Your account and historical data will remain stored, allowing you to reactivate your account in the future if you decide to return.

Canceling vs. Deleting Your Account

Canceling your subscription is not the same as deleting your account.

Canceling means:

• Billing stops.
• Your access to the platform ends.
• Your data remains securely stored.

Deleting your account means:

• Your account is permanently removed.
• All associated data is deleted from GrowthOptix systems.
• The action cannot be reversed.

How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like your account and all associated data to be permanently deleted, you must request this explicitly.

You can submit a deletion request by contacting the GrowthOptix team through the in-app chat or by emailing support. ([email protected])

Once processed, your account and related data will be permanently removed from GrowthOptix.

Data Retention Policy

If an account is canceled but no deletion request is submitted:

• The account remains stored for a period of time.
• This allows users to reactivate their account and recover their historical analytics.

Accounts with no activity for an extended period (typically up to two years) may be automatically removed as part of GrowthOptix data retention policies.

This helps maintain system performance and comply with standard SaaS data management practices.

Important Notes

• Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund previous payments.
• Data deletion requires an explicit request from the account owner.

GrowthOptix prioritizes transparency and gives users full control over their accounts and data.
