Need to display your metrics in a date format that fits your region or preferences? GrowthOptix lets you easily customize how dates appear across your dashboards and reports.

Here’s how to update it:


Step-by-Step: Change Your Date Format

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the app.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Navigate to the Account Settings tab.

  4. Locate the Date Format dropdown menu.

  5. Choose from the available formats (e.g., MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY, etc.)

  6. Click Change Format.

Once saved, your selected date format will apply instantly across your entire GrowthOptix account; no need to refresh.
