Change Your Plan on GrowthOptix

Your GrowthOptix plan updates automatically based on your MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue). There’s no need to manually switch plans. The platform adjusts your subscription level for you.

How Plan Changes Work

  • Starter Plan (Free)
    If your MRR is below $20K, you’ll remain on the free Starter Plan. No billing, no credit card required.

  • Growth Plan (Usage-Based)
    Once your MRR exceeds $20K, your account automatically moves into a paid Growth Plan. Pricing scales depending on your monthly revenue, up to $1M in MRR.

  • Enterprise Plan (Custom)
    If your business exceeds $1M MRR or requires enterprise features, please get in touch with us for a tailored plan.

With GrowthOptix, your plan adapts to your revenue, so you only pay for what you use.


Monthly vs. Annual Billing

You can choose between monthly or annual billing cycles when you enter the Growth Plan:

  • Monthly Billing: Flexible, cancel anytime.

  • Annual Billing: Save more by committing to a yearly cycle.


How to Review Your Current Plan

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Go to Settings > Billing.

  3. You’ll see your current plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise), plus details on whether you’re billed monthly or annually.


FAQs

Can I manually downgrade or upgrade?

No. Plan changes are handled automatically based on your MRR. If your revenue goes below $20K again, your account returns to the free Starter Plan.

Do I lose any data when changing plans?

No. All your historical revenue and analytics data remain intact when you move between plans.

What if I need enterprise features before $1M MRR?
