Change Your Plan on GrowthOptix

GrowthOptix plans automatically adjust as your business grows. You don’t need to manually upgrade or switch plans.

Your plan is determined based on the highest value between your tracked monthly revenue or your monthly visitor volume.

This ensures that your GrowthOptix subscription scales alongside the size and complexity of your business.

For example:

If your business generates $50K in monthly revenue but receives 120K visitors, your plan will be determined by the visitor tier, not the revenue tier.

Because of this dynamic pricing model, GrowthOptix automatically detects when your account reaches the thresholds of the next plan.

How Plan Changes Work

Starter Plan

The Starter plan is designed for early-stage businesses that are just getting started with GrowthOptix.

You remain on the Starter plan if your business stays within the Starter thresholds for revenue and visitor volume.

The Starter plan includes:

• Core analytics dashboards.
• Revenue and marketing attribution insights.
• Access to FAI, the GrowthOptix AI assistant (80 prompts per month).
• No credit card required to get started.
• A 14-day free trial.

This plan is ideal for startups, early-stage SaaS companies, and businesses exploring data-driven growth.

Growth, Pro, and Scale Plans

As your business grows beyond the Starter thresholds, GrowthOptix will notify you that your account has reached the next pricing tier.

Your plan is determined by whichever metric is higher:

Monthly revenue tracked through your integrations.
Monthly visitor volume tracked by the GrowthOptix script.

Higher tiers unlock expanded capabilities and infrastructure designed for growing businesses, including:

• Full analytics capabilities across all dashboards.
• Advanced marketing attribution insights.
Unlimited FAI prompts.
• Concierge onboarding and support.
• Larger data processing capacity.

This ensures GrowthOptix can continue supporting your business as your data volume increases.

Enterprise Plan

If your organization exceeds the highest pricing tiers or requires advanced configuration, you may move into an Enterprise plan.

Enterprise plans are designed for:

• High-volume businesses.
• Multi-brand organizations.
• Companies with complex data requirements.
• Teams that require dedicated onboarding or support.

Enterprise pricing is customized based on your organization’s needs.

Important Note About Plan Changes

Although GrowthOptix automatically detects when your account exceeds the thresholds of your current plan, the platform does not automatically charge your account when this happens.

Instead, GrowthOptix will notify you inside the platform and give you the option to confirm the upgrade before any billing occurs.

This means:

• You will always be informed before moving to a paid plan.
• No automatic charges occur without your confirmation.
• You remain in full control of when to activate a paid subscription.

This approach ensures transparency while allowing you to evaluate the value of the platform before upgrading.

Monthly vs Annual Billing

Once you activate a paid plan, you can choose between two billing options:

1) Monthly Billing: Provides flexibility with no long-term commitment.

2) Annual Billing: Allows you to commit to a yearly plan and save up to 20% compared to monthly pricing.

How to Review Your Current Plan

You can review your current GrowthOptix plan at any time:

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the platform.

  2. Navigate to Settings → Billing.

  3. Review your current plan and billing cycle.

The Billing section displays:

• Your current plan.
• Your billing cycle (monthly or annual).
• Your subscription status.
