Where to Find Billing & Invoicing.
You can access the Billing & Invoicing section from your account settings.
Steps:
Click your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner.
Select Settings.
Click Billing & Invoicing.
What You Can Manage Here.
From the Billing & Invoicing page, you can:
View your current subscription plan.
Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Enable or disable GrowthOptix products.
Manage billing-related information.
Access past invoices and subscription details.
Cancel your subscription if needed.
Managing Product Upgrades & Downgrades.
GrowthOptix offers multiple products, such as:
Smart Revenue Analytics
Marketing Attribution
Any upgrade or downgrade β whether itβs related to Revenue Analytics, Marketing Attribution, or plan changes β requires explicit user authorization.
This ensures that:
No billing changes happen without your confirmation.
Each product is enabled intentionally.
Subscription updates remain transparent and controlled.
Once authorized, the changes are applied according to your selected plan and configuration.
Subscription Changes & Cancellations.
All subscription-related actions are handled from the Billing & Invoicing section, including:
Upgrading to a higher plan.
Downgrading to a different plan.
Canceling your subscription.
Important:
Subscription changes always require user confirmation.
Cancellations must be initiated by an authorized account user.
Important Notes
Billing and subscription changes are never applied automatically without user approval.
Product access depends on your active plan and enabled products.
Changes may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle, depending on the action.
