How Long GrowthOptix Keeps Your Data

  • Active Accounts: All your metrics (revenue, subscriptions, customers, trials, etc.) are kept as long as your GrowthOptix account remains active.

  • Canceled Subscriptions: If you cancel your subscription but keep your account, your data will still be available if you decide to return.

  • Deleted Accounts: If you request a full account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed from GrowthOptix.

โš ๏ธ Data is never deleted automatically due to inactivity or time limits. Only when you explicitly request account deletion.

Exporting Your Data

Currently, you can export specific metrics and tables from GrowthOptix to use outside the platform:

  • CSV Exports

    • Many tables (like Subscriptions or Customers) include an Export CSV option.

    • Perfect for financial analysis, investor reports, or backups.

  • Custom Reports

    • Revenue metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, etc.) can be exported as structured data for presentations or board meetings.

    • Download buttons are typically available within dashboards.

Best Practices

  • Export key reports monthly if you want offline backups.

  • Use CSV exports to compare GrowthOptix data with your internal accounting tools.

  • Keep in mind that invoices and payment confirmations are handled by PayPal, not GrowthOptix.

FAQ

Can I export all my data at once?

Not yet. For now, you can export tables (like Subscriptions, Customers, Payments) individually.

What happens to my data if I downgrade from Growth Plan to Free Plan?

Your historical data remains intact. You wonโ€™t lose past metrics even if you move back to the free Starter Plan.

Can I set up automatic exports?

At this time, exports are manual. Automatic sync to Google Sheets or APIs are on our product roadmap.

๐Ÿ‘‰ In summary: Your data stays safe in GrowthOptix as long as your account exists, and you can export the most important tables and metrics whenever you need.
