Once connected, GrowthOptix automatically syncs campaigns, ads, spend, leads, purchases, and ROI, allowing you to understand exactly which creatives and audiences drive real revenue.
This guide walks you through the full setup, even if it’s your first time using GrowthOptix.
Step 1: Start the “Connect Ad Account” onboarding flow.
Navigate to Marketing Attribution → Overview.
In the Get Started checklist, locate Step 1: Connect Ad Account.
Click Connect Ad Account.
This opens the integration flow and prepares your workspace to link advertising platforms.
Step 2: Select Meta Ads from the Integrations page.
Go to Settings → Integration in the left sidebar.
Locate Meta Ads in the list of available platforms.
Click Connect.
This step allows GrowthOptix to determine which ad network you want to authorize, enabling us to retrieve your campaign performance securely.
Step 3: Sign in to your Meta account and grant permissions.
You’ll be redirected to Meta to confirm your identity and permit GrowthOptix to access your advertising accounts.
Select the Meta profile that manages your ad accounts.
Review GrowthOptix's access request.
Finally, you get a confirmation screen that lets you know everything is set up.
GrowthOptix only requests read-access to sync campaign and performance data. We never post or modify anything inside your Meta account.
Step 4: Choose the Meta Ads account you’d like to connect.
After logging in, you’ll return to GrowthOptix and see a list of all Meta ad accounts that your profile can access.
Select the ad account you want to connect.
Click Connect Account.
If you manage multiple ad accounts, you can repeat this process later to link additional ones.
Step 5: Confirm the connection in GrowthOptix
Once the integration is successful, the Meta Ads tile inside GrowthOptix will update to:
✅ Connected
This indicates that GrowthOptix can now securely sync:
Campaigns.
Clicks, impressions, and engagement.
Leads, purchases, and revenue (once tracking is installed).
Spending and attributed ROAS.
Placement-level performance (Facebook + Instagram).
Your initial sync may take a few minutes, depending on account size.
Step 6: View your Meta Ads performance inside GrowthOptix.
Once your Meta Ads account is connected, GrowthOptix will begin syncing your campaigns, ad sets, spend, and performance data.
You can view all your Meta activity directly from the Marketing Attribution Overview.
Here you’ll see:
Your connected Meta Ads account.
Total clicks, leads, and sales attributed.
Campaign-level performance.
Spend and ROI.
Basic breakdowns as they become available.
This is where your data will first appear once the integration is active and syncing correctly.

Troubleshooting & Common Questions.
1. I don't see my ad account after connecting.
Ensure that:
Your profile has access to the ad account in Meta Business Manager.
Your role is Admin or Advertiser.
The ad account is active and not restricted.
2. Meta asks for many permissions. Is that normal?
Yes. GrowthOptix only uses read-access to sync performance data. Nothing is published or changed inside your Meta assets.
3. My Meta connection shows “Connected,” but no data appears yet.
This is normal during the initial sync.
Data may take a few minutes to load, especially on larger accounts.
