What you’ll see when you first log in.

When you first access GrowthOptix, you may land on a Smart Revenue Analytics dashboard.

If this is your first time using the platform, it’s completely normal to wonder:

  • What am I looking at?

  • Why are some metrics empty or low?

  • Is my revenue data already active?

These dashboards are designed to answer financial and subscription-related questions, not just display raw numbers.

What Smart Revenue Analytics dashboards represent.

Smart Revenue Analytics dashboards focus on payments, customers, and recurring revenue.

They are powered by the payment gateways you connect to, such as:

  • Stripe.

  • PayPal.

Until at least one payment provider is connected, some dashboards may appear empty. This is expected behavior.

What data Smart Revenue Analytics shows.

Once active, these dashboards help you understand:

  • Revenue and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).

  • Customers and subscriptions.

  • Growth, retention, and churn trends.

  • Revenue performance over time.

These dashboards become active as soon as Stripe and/or PayPal are connected and data is synced.

Why Some Metrics May Look Empty at First.

If you’re just getting started, you may notice zero values or missing data. This usually happens because:

  • No payment gateway has been connected yet.

  • The selected date range does not include historical data.

  • There hasn’t been real transaction activity yet.

This does not mean something is broken.

As soon as real transactions occur and data sync completes, dashboards will populate automatically.

How to read the Overview dashboards first.

A good place to start is the Overview dashboards within Smart Revenue Analytics.

These dashboards help you:

  • Confirm that revenue data is flowing.

  • Identify early trends.

  • Understand which financial metrics are already active.

Once you see data here, you can drill down into more specific revenue and subscription dashboards.

What You Should Do First.

If this is your first session using Smart Revenue Analytics, focus on:

  1. Connecting Stripe and/or PayPal.

  2. Allowing data to sync completely.

  3. Selecting an appropriate date range.

  4. Returning to the dashboards after transactions occur.

You don’t need to configure everything at once.

Good to Know.

  • Dashboards update automatically as new data arrives.

  • Date ranges can be changed at any time.

  • Empty states early on are normal.

  • Metrics will evolve as your business activity grows.

What’s Next?

Once your Smart Revenue Analytics dashboards are active, you can:

  • Explore revenue trends in more detail

  • Monitor customer and subscription behavior

  • Use FAI to ask questions about your revenue data

If some metrics still show zero values, see: Why some metrics may show zero values.
