Download Your Invoices in GrowthOptix.

GrowthOptix allows you to download your invoices directly from your account. This makes it easy to keep records for accounting, reporting, or internal documentation.

All invoices generated for your subscription are available in the Billing section of your account settings.


How to Download Your Invoices

Follow these steps to access and download your invoices:

  1. Log in to your GrowthOptix account.

  2. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.

  3. Go to Settings.

  4. Open the Billing & Invoicing section.

  5. Locate the Invoice History or Billing History section.

  6. Click the Download icon next to the invoice you want.

The invoice will download as a PDF file that you can store or share with your finance team.


What Information Is Included in an Invoice

Each invoice includes:

• Subscription plan
• Billing period
• Amount charged
• Payment method used
• Invoice date and ID
• Company billing details (if provided)

These invoices can be used for bookkeeping and financial records.


When Are Invoices Generated

Invoices are generated when:

• Your subscription renews.
• You upgrade to a paid plan.
• A new billing cycle begins.

Invoices remain available in your account so you can download them anytime.
