GrowthOptix is designed to help businesses analyze and understand their revenue and marketing performance over time.
To support long-term analytics, GrowthOptix stores historical data associated with your account while giving you control over how that data is retained or deleted.
How GrowthOptix Stores Your Data.
When you connect integrations such as:
Stripe.
PayPal.
Google Ads.
Meta Ads.
Microsoft Advertising.
GrowthOptix imports performance and transaction data to generate analytics across the platform.
This data powers dashboards such as:
Revenue Analytics.
Marketing Attribution.
Campaign performance reporting.
Attribution model analysis.
Your data remains associated with your GrowthOptix account so that you can review historical performance and trends.
What Happens When You Cancel Your Account
Canceling your subscription stops billing and access to the platform, but your data is not immediately deleted.
Instead:
• Your account becomes inactive.
• Data syncing from integrations stops.
• Your historical analytics remain stored temporarily.
This allows you to reactivate your account in the future without losing your historical data.
GrowthOptix Data Retention Policy
If an account is canceled but no deletion request is submitted:
• The account and associated analytics data may remain stored for a period of time.
• This allows users to return and recover their historical analytics.
Accounts with no activity for an extended period (typically up to two years) may be automatically removed as part of GrowthOptix data retention policies.
This retention window helps balance:
User flexibility to reactivate accounts.
Responsible long-term data management.
Standard SaaS data lifecycle practices.
How to Permanently Delete Your Data
If you want your account and data removed immediately, you can request a permanent account deletion.
When a deletion request is processed:
• Your GrowthOptix account is permanently deleted.
• All stored analytics and historical data are removed.
• Integrations and related records are erased.
Because this action permanently removes your data, account deletion cannot be reversed.
You can request account deletion through:
The in-app chat inside GrowthOptix.
The GrowthOptix support team.
Exporting Your Data
Before canceling or deleting your account, you may wish to export your data for your own records.
GrowthOptix allows you to export key analytics information, including:
• Revenue analytics tables.
• Marketing attribution data.
• Campaign performance reports.
• Dashboard tables and analytics views.
Exports are typically available in standard formats such as CSV or downloadable reports, depending on the dashboard.
Exporting data allows you to keep your analytics history even after canceling your account.
Important Notes
• Canceling your subscription does not automatically delete your data.
• Data deletion requires an explicit request from the account owner.
• Accounts inactive for extended periods may eventually be removed as part of GrowthOptix data retention policies.
GrowthOptix prioritizes transparency and gives users control over their data lifecycle.
