Update Your Billing Information

Keeping your billing information up to date ensures uninterrupted access to your GrowthOptix subscription and prevents failed payments.

You can update your billing details directly from the Billing section inside your account settings.


How to Update Your Billing Information

Follow these steps to update your payment method:

  1. Log in to your GrowthOptix account.

  2. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner.

  3. Navigate to Settings.

  4. Open the Billing section.

  5. Locate your current payment method.

  6. Click Update Payment Method.

  7. Enter your new billing details and save the changes.

Once updated, your new payment method will be used for future subscription payments.


When Should You Update Your Billing Information

You may need to update your billing details if:

• Your credit card has expired.
• Your company payment method has changed.
• A payment attempt has failed.
• Your accounting department requires updated billing details.

Keeping your billing information current helps avoid interruptions to your GrowthOptix subscription.


What Happens After Updating Your Billing Information

After updating your payment method:

• Future charges will use the updated payment method.
• Your subscription plan remains unchanged.
• Your billing history and invoices remain available in your account.

Updating billing information does not affect your integrations, dashboards, or analytics data.
