Reactivate Your GrowthOptix Account

If you previously canceled your GrowthOptix subscription, you may be able to reactivate your account and continue using the platform.

Reactivating your account allows you to restore access to your dashboards and reconnect your data sources.

Important: At the moment, only the account owner can reactivate a GrowthOptix account. If you are a collaborator or team member, please contact the account owner and ask them to complete the reactivation process.

When You Can Reactivate Your Account

You may reactivate your account if:

• Your subscription was canceled but not deleted.
• Your account still exists in the system.
• Your data has not been permanently removed.

If your account was permanently deleted, it cannot be restored, and a new account must be created.

How to Reactivate Your Account

To reactivate your account:

  1. Go to the GrowthOptix login page.

  2. Sign in using your previous account credentials.

  3. Follow the instructions to reactivate your subscription.

  4. Confirm your payment details if required.

Once reactivated, your access to the platform will be restored.

What Happens When Your Account Is Reactivated

When your account is successfully reactivated:

• Your dashboards become accessible again
• Your historical analytics may still be available if data was retained
• You can reconnect integrations such as Stripe, PayPal, or advertising platforms if needed

GrowthOptix will resume syncing data once integrations are active again.

Important Note About Data Retention

If an account remains inactive for an extended period, it may eventually be removed according to GrowthOptix data retention policies.

Typically, accounts with no activity for up to two years may be automatically removed unless a deletion request was previously submitted.
