Products Dashboard enables you to track key indicators, analyze revenue and payment data, and gain valuable insights into your sales trends.
Filtering and Customizing Data
At the top of the dashboard, several filters allow you to tailor the displayed data:
Group By: Select how to group the data, such as "Daily" or Weekly.
Date Range: Specify the period for which you wish to view data (e.g., "Last 30 Days: 13 Jun 2025 - 12 Jul 2025").
Adjust these filters to focus on the specific information you need.
Summary Metrics
The dashboard presents essential key performance indicators (KPIs) for quick reference:
Total Products: The total number of products in your catalog.
Total Revenue: The aggregate revenue from all products.
Avg. Revenue Per Product: The average revenue generated per product.
Avg. Product Sold: The average number of products sold.
Avg. Revenue Per Day: The average daily revenue.
Each metric displays its current value along with the percentage change from the previous period.
Total Revenue Per Product
This section illustrates the revenue generated by individual products. You can choose to display a specific number of top-performing products (e.g., "Top 3") using the dropdown. If no data is available for the selected period, it will display "No Data."
All Payments by Products
This chart visualizes the distribution of payments across your products, helping you identify which products drive the most payments. If there is no data for the selected period, it will show "No Data."
Detailed Products Table
The "All Products" view includes a table providing detailed information for each product:
Created Date: The date the product was added (e.g., "Aug 4th, 2019").
Product: The product’s name or identifier (e.g., "PRO_Management_Pro_1MonthSubscription").
Total Payments: The total number of payments received for the product.
Total Amount: The total revenue from the product.
Recurring: The number of recurring payments.
Amount Recurring: The revenue from recurring payments.
One-Time: The number of one-time payments.
Amount One-Time: The revenue from one-time payments.
Active: The number of active subscriptions or users.
Canceled: The number of canceled subscriptions or users.
You can sort the table by clicking on any column header. Pagination controls at the bottom let you navigate through multiple pages of data, and a dropdown adjusts the number of rows displayed per page (e.g., 10).
Exporting Data
To download product data for offline analysis, click the "Export" button above the table. This allows you to save the data in formats such as CSV or Excel.

Troubleshooting: No Data Displayed
If the dashboard shows "No Data" or zero values, consider the following:
Ensure products are added to your account.
Verify that sales have been recorded within the selected date range.
Adjust the filters to a period with known activity.
