What You’ll Find in the Trial AI Dashboard

The dashboard is broken into clear, interactive sections:

Trial Funnel

At the top, you’ll find a Trial Funnel that visually maps the user journey from trial sign-up to conversion or drop-off. This lets you spot friction points in real time.

Converted Revenue vs Captured Revenue

This chart compares converted trial revenue (revenue from users who upgraded) vs. total captured trial revenue, helping you evaluate how well your trial strategy monetizes leads.

Total Trials (Revenue) by Trial Status

Track revenue distribution across different trial statuses (e.g., active, expired, converted). Understand how much revenue is still in-progress and how much has successfully closed.

Performance Trends

Two key time-series graphs show:

  • Trial Conversions Over Time

  • Revenue from Converted Trials Over Time

These give you a dynamic view of performance trends, not just static numbers.

All Trials Table

At the bottom, a full list of trial users with filtering options lets you inspect:

  • Start date

  • Status

  • Conversion date

  • Revenue generated
