Yes. You must have an active GrowthOptix account to sync your PayPal, Stripe, or other data sources.

An active account ensures that GrowthOptix can:

  • Securely connect to your integrations.

  • Store and process your data for reporting.

  • Display dashboards and analytics.

  • Refresh data based on your selected plan.

Without an active account, GrowthOptix cannot perform any of these actions.


What “Active” Means.

An active GrowthOptix account means:

  • Your subscription is current (not canceled or expired).

  • You have access to GrowthOptix dashboards.

  • You can connect and manage integrations.

If your account subscription lapses or is canceled, the connection process and data sync will not proceed until the account is reactivated.


What Happens if Your Subscription Lapses.

If your GrowthOptix subscription expires or is canceled:

  • Data syncing from PayPal or Stripe will be paused.

  • Dashboards may become read-only or show limited data.

  • You will not be able to connect new sources until the account is reactivated.

However, your historical data will remain in GrowthOptix (unless you request full account deletion).
