Data access in GrowthOptix is always permission-based and requires you to actively connect a data source or enable tracking through approved methods.
How Authorization Works.
GrowthOptix only accesses data when you explicitly allow it by:
Connecting a platform such as Stripe, PayPal, or an ad platform through an official authorization flow.
Installing and configuring the GrowthOptix Tracking Script on your website.
Defining and triggering events through the script (for Marketing Attribution).
Without one of these actions, GrowthOptix has no way to collect or read your data.
What GrowthOptix Cannot Do.
GrowthOptix cannot:
Access your PayPal, Stripe, or ad platform data without your approval.
Read private data from third-party platforms unless you authorize the connection.
Collect website activity without the tracking script being installed.
Access data retroactively unless explicitly supported and triggered by a connected integration.
All access is controlled by you.
Authorization Is Always Revocable.
You remain in full control at all times:
You can disconnect any data source from GrowthOptix settings.
You can revoke access directly from the source platform (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
Once access is revoked, GrowthOptix immediately stops syncing new data.
GrowthOptix does not bypass or override platform permissions.
Why This Matters.
This approach ensures that:
Your data privacy is respected.
Access follows platform security standards.
You decide exactly what data is shared and when.
There is no hidden or background data collection.
GrowthOptix operates as a read-only analytics platform, not a data-extracting system.
