Once connected, GrowthOptix automatically imports your advertising data and combines it with your website and revenue data to power Marketing Attribution dashboards.
Microsoft Advertising was previously known as Bing Ads.
Before You Start
Before connecting Microsoft Advertising to GrowthOptix, make sure that:
• You have an active Microsoft Advertising account.
• You have administrator access to the account.
• You are signed in to the correct Microsoft account.
This ensures GrowthOptix can properly authorize and sync your campaign data.

Inside GrowthOptix, open the Integrations page.
Locate the Microsoft Advertising integration card in Marketing Attribution, and click Connect.
Step 2: Sign In to Microsoft
You will be redirected to the Microsoft sign-in page.
Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft Advertising account, then click Next.
Step 3: Authorize GrowthOptix
Microsoft will ask you to grant GrowthOptix permission to access your Microsoft Advertising data.
This authorization allows GrowthOptix to:
• Read campaign performance data..
• Import advertising costs and clicks.
• Sync campaign structures and account data.
Click Accept to authorize the connection.
Step 4: Connect your Microsoft Advertising Account.
Once authorization is complete, click Connect Account. GrowthOptix will begin importing your Microsoft Advertising data.
GrowthOptix will begin importing your Microsoft Advertising data. You will see a message indicating that your Bing Ads data is being synced.
This process typically takes 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the size of your advertising account.
Step 5: Integration Connected
When the process finishes, the Microsoft Advertising integration will appear as Connected in the Integrations page.
Your campaign data will now begin populating the Marketing Attribution dashboards.
Where Microsoft Advertising Data Appears
After connecting Microsoft Advertising, your campaign data will appear across the Marketing Attribution dashboards, including:
• Sources view.
• Campaign performance tables.
• Clicks, spend, and campaign metrics.
• Attribution model reports.
Important Note About Attribution Tracking
Connecting Microsoft Advertising enables GrowthOptix to import reported advertising metrics, including clicks, impressions, and spend.
However, for full attribution and deeper insights, we recommend installing the GrowthOptix tracking script on your website.
When both are active:
• Microsoft Advertising provides campaign performance data.
• The GrowthOptix script tracks visitors, conversions, and revenue.
Together, they allow GrowthOptix to calculate advanced metrics such as:
• Conversion Rate
• ROI
• ROAS
• Multi-touch attribution insights
Without the script installed, some attribution and revenue-based metrics may not be available.
Disconnecting Microsoft Advertising
You can disconnect the integration at any time.
Go to Integrations in Marketing Attribution.
Locate Microsoft Advertising.
Click Disconnect.
Once disconnected, GrowthOptix will stop syncing advertising data from that account.
