Why am I not seeing attribution data?

If you’re not seeing attribution data in your dashboard, there are a few common reasons.

The tracking script is missing or not working

The GrowthOptix tracking script is required to capture visitor activity.

If the script is not installed correctly, attribution data will not be collected.


No integrations connected

If you haven’t connected your marketing platforms, campaign and cost data will not be available.

Attribution can still work with the script alone, but will be limited.


No traffic or events recorded

If your website has low traffic or no tracked events, attribution data may not appear.

Make sure your site is receiving visitors and interactions.


What you can do

  • Verify the tracking script is installed correctly.

  • Connect your marketing platforms.

  • Check that your website is receiving traffic.
