Below is a clear explanation of what this means today, how your data is protected, and how financial reporting standards are supported.

SOC 2 Compliance Status.

At this time:

  • GrowthOptix is actively working toward SOC 2 compliance.

  • Security controls, access management, and operational processes are being aligned with SOC 2 requirements.

  • A formal third-party audit is part of this process.

While the SOC 2 certification is not yet finalized, GrowthOptix already follows many of the security and operational best practices required by the framework.

If SOC 2 compliance is required for your organization, you can contact us via the in-app chat to talk about current controls and progress.

Data Security Practices.

Even before formal SOC 2 certification, GrowthOptix maintains a strong security posture, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest.

  • Role-based access control.

  • Secure, token-based authorization for integrations.

  • Infrastructure monitoring and operational safeguards.

  • Controlled access to customer data.

These practices are designed to protect your data and support secure, reliable operations.

GAAP and IFRS Reporting Standards.

GrowthOptix provides analytics and metrics that align with common financial concepts used in GAAP and IFRS, such as revenue tracking, subscriptions, churn, and customer metrics.

However:

  • GrowthOptix does not certify GAAP or IFRS compliance.

  • The platform does not replace accounting systems or audits.

  • Final financial reporting should always be reviewed by your finance or accounting team.

GrowthOptix serves as an analytics and visibility layer to support financial decision-making.

What This Means For You.

  • GrowthOptix is in the process of becoming SOC 2 compliant.

  • Strong security controls are already in place.

  • Financial analytics align with GAAP/IFRS concepts but do not replace accounting systems.

  • Transparency and data protection are core priorities.
